How To Write Good Contracts III (New Course 2016)

Part III will cover Paragraph J to the end of the Purchase Contract and other addendums that may be used in the transaction that were not mentioned in Parts I and II. Why is J-1 so crucial to the transaction? What is the difference between K-1 and K-2 survey? What is the diminimus law on encroachments? What major changes were made to Paraagraph M? Who is responsible for paying the HARPA and FIRPTA tax? How to deal with counter offers will be taught.
