Agency law sits at the very core of the practice of real estate and affects everything we do. Unfortunately, agency can also be amongst the most difficult areas of the law to understand.
This new course contains the following subjects: 1) an overview of agency law and obligations; 2) the proper use of common standard forms to explain agency issues to clients and as a guide for practitioners; 3) effective practice tips to help practitioners meet agency duties; and 4) understand the consequences for breaching one's agency duties.
Agency 3.0 Course Times:
Please note:The REC has a new ruling that agents can take the same CE class every other biennium which is different from the old law that stated that agents could never repeat the same class.
