The names of the different types of rooflines, construction terminologies, how homes are built, different building materials and building systems, how to deal with termites, hurricanes and contractors will be discussed. What is an ABC, BC and C contractor? How do you know if a contractor is bondable? What is the difference between a surety bond and a material house bond? An excellent course for those who are not familiar with the construction industry and terminologies used.
