Disclosure 3.0: Disclosure is the number one liability issue in residential real estate and Hawaii real estate licensees must understand certain key disclosure related topics to protect themselves and their clients
This new course covers the following crucial practice areas: 1) Sellers' disclosure obligations; 2) Licensee disclosure duties; 3) Proper handling of later discovered information; and 4) How to draft effective confirming correspondence regarding disclosure related matters.
