Navigating the DPP and Tax Web Sites

Learn about the Department of Planning and Permitting and the various sections that make up the DPP. Zoning code, building permit process, subdivision, zoning variance, zero lot line, cluster permits, existing use permits, eplan permitting process, etc. will be introduced. The zoning issues confronting a landowner can be cumbersome and seemingly insurmountable. This course will help the student to understand the various sections and their roles.
